Treating acne is one of the most troublesome tasks. It becomes even more difficult to treat acne if you have a problem skin. Acnepril
One of the best available treatments for acne, it works for all skin types as well as sensitive skin. The treatment helps in healing the acne from the root thereby eliminating the cause of its breakout i.e. the bacteria.
Acnepril is essentially an oral medication that acts on the acne causing toxins and microorganisms and help the body get rid of acne. This medicine also improves hormonal balance in order to eliminate flare-ups. The medicine is made from natural ingredients including vitamin E, vitamin C, Apple cider vinegar, green tea, witch hazel leaf, garlic and noni juice. All these ingredients actively fight against acne.
Retin-A
It is another medicine that is commonly prescribed to patients suffering from acne. The medicine is available in form of a cream or gel and has to be applied topically over the affected area. Retin-A is actually a topical form of vitamin A which works actively to renew and regenerate skin. Retin-A is also known as tretinoin and it is generally prescribed to treat mild to moderate acne. While acting on the acne, the cream also evens out skin tone, reduce blemishes and red marks to create a smoother texture.
Niacinamide
Vitamin D3 which is also called niacinamide is quite an effective treatment for acne according to Michigan University. This vitamin is available in two different forms inositol hexanicotinate and niacin. While Niacinamide is a topical solution and which has to be applied over the acne directly in order to reduce inflammation.
Natural Remedies
Tea Tree Oil
• Tea Tree oil makes an excellent herbal treatment for acne. Tea tree oil contains antibacterial properties and it also cleanses clogged pores. The herb contains Cineole and terpenoids both of which are common ingredients in all topical acne treatments.
• Daily intake of vitamin B5 can strengthen the resistance of skin to acne.
Acne Home Remedies
• You can wash your face daily, 2-3 three times with rose water to treat acne.
• A mixture of 1 teaspoon finely grounded cinnamon powder and a teaspoon of lemon juice can be applied on acne affected areas frequently.
• Messaging your face with skin of lemon is another effective treatment for acne.
• Zinc supplements and vitamin B5 intake on daily basis can strengthen resistance of skin to acne.
• Acne can also be treated using cucumber. You can make a cucumber mask by blending the cucumber and making it into a paste. Apply it on face and leave it there for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes you can wash your face with warm water.
