Do this twice a week and you'll find that the intensity of hair fall has decreased within one or two weeks.

Yogurt: Yogurt contains many elements that are quite essential for maintaining healthy hair. It also softens hair and can be applied directly onto the scalp. Just let the yogurt stay on hair for 30 minutes and then wash it off with your regular shampoo.
